Q How do you ship the material that I order?
A UPS is the only expediting service that we use.
Q Can I pick an order up at your warehouse?
A Yes, during the checkout process just select "customer pickup" as your shipping option. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup at our warehouse.
Q After I place an order, how long does it take to ship out?
A After an order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 business days to process the order and send it out for shipment.
Q Do you accept returns?
A No, since each item is cut per customer specifications, we do not accept returns.
Q Do you offer educational discounts?
A Every customer of ours is able to receive quantity discounts. The more you order, the more you save per piece.
Q You don't show a certain product that I am looking for on the website, can I special order it?
A Unfortunately, we cannot handle special orders. What you see on the site is what we stock.
